Hand to Hand

Hand-to-hand is a highly popular discipline in the circus world.
It is practiced in duos or groups, offering artists a wide scope for both technical and artistic exploration.
Since 2023, hand-to-hand has become the secondary discipline of Duo Décadré. During their training at the Circus School of Quebec, they had the opportunity to create two duo acts and incorporate elements of this discipline into their performances in the shows "En scène" and "Étoffe".

Since graduating, and through various encounters, they have had the chance to train with other duos at the Circus School of Quebec during jam sessions. However, it is primarily through intensive courses with Philibert Dallaire, a hand-to-hand, banquine and Russian bar specialist, that they have further honed their skills. This training allowed Téo to become a versatile base and Maïa to strengthen her abilities as an acrobatic flyer.
